Overview

The objective to support Lebanese consultants navigating the volatile local environment, the EBRD is hosting a training on crisis management. Professional consultants participating in this training will engage in practical sessions, share experiences, and gain insights on actionable tools to help them better deliver their services to small and medium-sized enterprises during disruptions. Topics covered include financial risk management, supply chain resilience, information security, and business continuity planning.

Specific objectives will include:

·       Equip consultants to evaluate the impact and assess disruption of crises on their operations and clients.
·       Equip consultants to develop strategies for effective crisis management and adaptation.
·       Help consultants define their purpose in guiding clients through uncertainty.
·       Enable consultants to support clients in identifying and leveraging crisis-related opportunities.
·       Introduce essential consultancy skills, including advanced stakeholder management, and business continuity planning in dynamic environments.
